Our boats are produced in the Netherlands and in Poland but we operate mainly from the Netherlands.

Versatility is part of our DNA and a common thread that connects our brands. Because everyone may want to enjoy life on the water differently. For some at sea, and for others on lakes or rivers. Perhaps for reasons of being sporty and active or to immerse yourself in total peace and relaxation after a busy week.

We want to serve people all over the world. So company growth in terms of global coverage is an important part of our strategic plans. We gradually increase the number of dealer & service centers worldwide.

ADAM TRUSZCZYNSCY

CO-FOUNDER

More than 20 years ago, founder Adam Truszczynscy started as an engineer in the Netherlands for Northland Dutch Yachtbuilders. Soon, he and his team (120) worked on the construction of large aluminum yachts for well-known shipyards such as Feadship and Royal Huisman, Vitters and Heesen Shipyards. For over 15 years, Adam’s currently employs over 130 employees who produce Primeur and Waterspoor tenders in Poland but also supplies brands like Meersloep and Pieterman. ‘The experience I have gained in Holland still helps me every day in making decisions. No matter the size of a boat; quality and passion must drive you if you want to make a difference. And I am lucky that it’s just that, that drives my teams and me.”

JEROEN SCHUTZ

CO-FOUNDER

At the age of eighteen, Jeroen began his career in the yacht building at Northland Dutch Yachtbuilders, a family-owned company in the Netherlands that built aluminium and steel yachts ranging from 45ft to 100ft. Custom built yachts that were designed by renowned Dutch architects like Mulder Design and De Vries Lentsch. After a stint in the IT industry and subsequently selling his company, he returned to his passion: building boats. “I take pride in the esteemed worldwide reputation of the Dutch Yachtbuilding industry. At Legion Boats I can apply the knowledge I’ve gained in the world of custom-built yachts to the boats we create today. With the preservation of traditional shipbuilding values and high quality standards.”

Production facilities

As from January 2026, our global salesoffices will be based just a few kilometers outside of Amsterdam.

Our production plants and workshop though are located in the northern part of Poland. In total covering over 30.000 m2 of boatbuilding halls and 70.000 m2 outdoor area. With a team of over 130 people we build boats from 20ft to 80ft.
